About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure implementation, maintenance and evolution of the ZOU fare scheme configuration
  • Configure and maintain the ZOU fare scheme in ticketing systems for all distribution channels
  • Manage fare matrices for bus and rail networks
  • Ensure fare products comply with the contracting authority’s (AO) directives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 (equivalent to a 2–3 year post-secondary diploma or undergraduate studies) in management, IT, transport, or equivalent
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and distribution processes
  • Personal qualities: attention to detail, organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills
