About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure implementation, maintenance and evolution of the ZOU fare scheme configuration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 (equivalent to a 2–3 year post-secondary diploma or undergraduate studies) in management, IT, transport, or equivalent
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Knowledge of ticketing systems and distribution processes
Personal qualities: attention to detail, organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills
