About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the organization and coordination of the team's activities: guarantee the relevance of actions carried out by CEV and VP.
- Contribute to combating incivilities, including fare evasion, by organizing and regularly taking part in field operations.
- Monitor and drive individual and collective performance of the CEV, VP and multi-role VP within the group.
- Oversee the onboarding of new staff and produce the necessary presentation materials.
- Analyze work sheets and field reports, and address any discrepancies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years proven experience in management and/or team supervision in a passenger transport environment, ideally with experience in anti-fraud operations.
- Valid Category B driving licence required.
- Sworn authorization to perform ticket inspections and report traffic offences (assermentation for ticket control and infraction reporting).
- Proficient computer skills.
