About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the organization and coordination of team activities
- Support efforts to combat anti-social behavior, including fare fraud
- Monitor and drive individual and collective performance of the CEV, VP and multi-skilled VPs in the group
- Manage occupational safety with support from the QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) Department (DQSE)
- Ensure that the professional conduct of the CEV, VP and multi-skilled VPs aligns with company standards and values
- Monitor and manage absenteeism
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years proven experience in management and/or team supervision in a passenger transport environment, ideally with experience in fraud prevention
- Valid Category B driving licence required
- Sworn authorization for ticket inspections and reporting of traffic offenses
- Strong computer skills
