About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and monitor indicators: dashboards, payroll costs, hires/terminations
- Complete DPAE forms and prepare employment contracts and amendments
- Submit DSN filings
- Process payrolls in compliance with social and contractual legislation
- Maintain ongoing awareness of changes in legislation
- Collect and process payroll variables and verify consistency
- Keep up-to-date the documents required by legal and regulatory provisions
- Handle items destined for external agencies: URSSAF, Pôle emploi, pension funds...
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Payroll or a related field preferred (Bac+3 equivalent)
- More than 3 years' experience in a payroll department
- Comfortable communicating with various teams both remotely and on-site
- Rigorous, organized and eager to work in a team
