About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the safety of works carried out on and near tramway and electric bus infrastructure.
  • Manage major risk prevention, regulatory compliance and the securing of work sites.
  • Identify, assess and update risks related to maintenance activities.
  • Conduct site openings and ensure clear understanding of safety instructions.
  • Define, monitor and enforce prevention plans, lock-out/tag-out protocols and intervention procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor updates to standards and regulatory texts.
  • Carry out site inspections, safety audits and compliance checks.
  • Analyze incidents and accidents and prepare lessons learned reports.
  • Propose and track corrective and preventive actions.
  • Train and raise awareness among internal teams and external contractors about safety rules.
  • Act as the safety contact for subcontractors and other departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical diploma (Bac+2 level) in maintenance, electrotechnics, civil engineering, public works or safety, or significant experience in tramway infrastructure maintenance (5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of safety rules, electrical certifications/authorizations and ATEX (explosive atmosphere) hazards.
  • Proficiency in risk analysis methods and tools (FMEA, fault tree/root cause analysis).
  • Proficient use of office IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential.
  • Experience managing works within operational network areas.
  • Rigour, organisation, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, strong interpersonal and writing skills, customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
  • Driving licence (Category B) required; daily travel across the TBM network.
