About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Under the supervision of a team leader, you help promote the client’s brand image and build customer loyalty through the quality and relevance of your responses across all channels (phone, email, postal mail, chat, etc.).
  • You handle both front-office and back-office tasks and contribute to improving service quality by managing the administrative aspects of your duties.
  • Provide information to customers and prospects and organize their travel or appointments.
  • Advise, recommend and sell services or products.
  • Inform customers in the event of service disruptions.
  • Update and ensure the accuracy of databases on a daily basis.
  • Handle customer complaints.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: secondary school diploma (Baccalauréat) up to a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac to Bac+2).
  • Ideally 1 to 2 years’ experience in a customer relations/contact center.
  • Quick thinker with logical reasoning and strong responsiveness.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication; a strong commitment to service quality.
  • Curious and proactive, able to make constructive suggestions.
