As part of the IT department (DSI), design, develop and maintain data infrastructures and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
Play a key role in converting raw data into reliable, actionable insights to support business teams and overall strategy.
Technical leadership: define best practices and development standards.
Mentor and train developers to improve their technical skills.
Design and development: create and build robust, scalable BI solutions.
Create and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Data management: ensure data quality, security and compliance.
Optimize database and data warehouse performance.
Manage data integrations from various sources.
Cross-team collaboration: work with business teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Technology watch: stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in BI and data engineering.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to our processes and tools.

Requirements

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
Strong project management and communication skills; able to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark, and with NoSQL databases.
