About the role
- Monitor the publication of tender notices and contract award announcements
- Qualify bid dossiers in coordination with internal teams (managers, subject-matter experts, sales)
- Lead responses to tenders/RFPs: manage the process, mobilize contributors, define the schedule, and track deadlines
- Draft the technical and administrative sections of proposals
- Contribute to defining target pricing with the sales and finance teams
- Contribute to the development of Kisio’s marketing expertise (tools, methods, market intelligence...)
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and sales materials
- Participate in internal commercial activities (training, dissemination of key information, lessons learned)
- Take part in cross-functional discussions on the evolution of Kisio’s service offering (market studies, definition of new services, commercial action plans...)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing or equivalent
- Proven experience in responding to tenders/RFPs in a multi-client environment
- Proficient with IT tools, notably PowerPoint, Excel and generative AI tools
- Attentive, curious, challenge-driven, a team player with strong interpersonal skills
