About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Customer Development Manager owns the development of customer strategy and execution plans to drive Kenvue sales, while leading and developing broker representatives to support and deliver against those objectives across assigned accounts.
  • This role develops strategies and executes tactics that align with customer initiatives to deliver shipment forecast, consumption, and share goals.
  • The person in this role collaborates with both internal and external partners, including broker teams, to devise mutually profitable business plans that can be effectively executed.
  • He/she develops and maintains relationships at the customer level to drive growth through key category platforms and initiatives.
  • He/she is responsible for new item execution, including speed-to-market targets, shipment forecasts, and consumption goals within the assigned area.
  • The manager oversees trade funds within budget, analyzes promotional spending to maximize ROI, and participates in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 6 years of direct selling or related experience.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix environment.
  • Up to 25% of travel
