About the role

  • Lead the orchestration and management of cross-functional and regional teams to optimize end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective launches and maximizing business impact.
  • Innovate and implement tailored agile frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and enhance project delivery processes.
  • Align strategic business goals with project and value stream initiatives through stakeholder engagement and transparent communication on project status, risks, and financial health.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by integrating advanced analytics to monitor project health, supply chain performance, and value realization.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle and portfolio of projects, driving cost, inventory (SLOB), and supply chain optimization in collaboration with marketing, regulatory, development, and supply chain teams.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with functional and support leaders to identify demand and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Lead knowledge sharing and skill development activities to strengthen portfolio and project management capabilities across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of related experience in project and value stream management within supply chain or product lifecycle environments.
  • Proven expertise with 5 years managing large-scale projects and value streams within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or FPX, with a track record of managing medium complexity projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global mindset, appreciating regional differences and aligning with global business strategies.
