About the role
- Partnering with Kenvue Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and customer teams
- Utilizing data analysis and collaborative relationships to provide forecast insights and replenishment solutions
- Holding a leadership role in Kenvue's Deliver process
- Improving planning and distribution of finished goods inventory
- Using analytical tools to lead process and cost improvement projects
- Identify and implement innovative solutions using process excellence tools and methodologies
- Monitor and report critical metrics (in stock/out of stock, fill rate, and on-time delivery)
- Developing a root cause for low in-stock issues and providing store level recommendations
- Supporting Sales/Demand Planning by providing item level POS and order forecast data
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree required; advanced degree or focused degree in STEM fields preferred
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operations
- Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as proficiency with computer systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with our top customers and sales teams and to work effectively on cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically, challenge convention, and be willing to take a leadership role within the team
- Travel up to 10% domestic travel
