About the role

  • Provides comprehensive financial leadership and business partnering to global procurement category teams across Direct, Indirect, and Logistics.
  • Responsible for supporting category teams and leadership in driving value creation, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making for ~$8B+ in annual third-party spend.
  • Delivers financial planning, analysis, and performance management for all procurement categories.
  • Collaborates closely with procurement leadership, functional / regional finance, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • ~10 years of progressive finance experience, including supply chain or procurement finance, with experience managing teams.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Proven ability to partner and influence across global, regional, and functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of developing talent and driving results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in order to educate and influence a broad range of business partners including senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
