Key responsibilities & impact

Provides leadership and direction for Men's Basketball program
Organizes and conducts practices and competitions
Develops game strategies and evaluates team performance
Implements recruiting strategies for qualified student-athletes
Monitors student-athlete academic progress
Supervises and evaluates assistant coaches and personnel
Manages program budget and coordinates team logistics
Collaborates on fundraising and promotional activities
Represents the University professionally in various settings
Attends mandatory meetings and events
Maintains on-campus presence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible collegiate basketball coaching experience
Demonstrated experience recruiting student-athletes in an NCAA or comparable intercollegiate athletics environment
Demonstrated experience supervising personnel and managing athletic program operations
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or ability to obtain
