Data Analyst

• Complete functional data analysis based on current business problems/n• Support a data validation pipeline to ensure all data validation meets established requirements/n• Coordinate requirements/acceptance criteria with the functional community and validate that the product meets the acceptance criteria prior to accepting functionality/n• Within the DML-ES systems, help manage multiple types of data from multiple sources, including anticipated changes based on phase of project implementation/n• Support implementation of solutions that standardize, integrate, and provide a unified view of the business entities in all contexts/n• Provide analysis of legacy medical logistics transactional, data and reporting capabilities/n• Work across value streams to lead and support project management activities in the implementation of the LogiCole application/n• Support various strategic and business process improvement efforts/n• Make improvement recommendations in collaboration with Government Leads and Product Owners/n• Support data migration and validation efforts for all MVCs throughout LogiCole implementation/n• Potential for data validation automation implementation

Solutions Engineer

• **Strategic Architecture & Modernization Authority:**
• - **Modernization Strategy:** Define cohesive, end-to-end architecture blueprints that transition legacy workloads to modern, future-ready cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Hybrid). Provide thought leadership to navigate and unify the VA’s often fragmented and entrenched operating environment.
• - **IT Operations Management (ITOM) Excellence:** Lead the architectural approach for ITOM execution, ensuring seamless visibility and management of the VA’s diverse infrastructure and service components.
• - **IT Service Management (ITSM) Architecture:** Design and govern enterprise-level ITSM frameworks, specifically utilizing ServiceNow, to streamline service delivery, incident management, and change control. You will ensure these processes drive operational efficiency and align with the VA’s specific operational standards.
• - **IT Asset Management (ITAM) Governance:** Establish robust strategies for the lifecycle management of hardware and software assets. You will lead the integration of ITAM data with ITOM and security operations to ensure total asset visibility, license compliance, and cost optimization across the VA ecosystem.
• - **Analysis of Alternatives (AoA):** Lead high-level trade-off analyses to select the optimal mix of COTS, SaaS, and custom software, ensuring decisions align with the client's specific constraints regarding data privacy and transaction volume.
• - **Data & Health Record Integration:** Lead the development of a transparent data ecosystem that improves data discovery and usability. Specifically, design strategies for the secure integration and management of VA health records, ensuring interoperability and data integrity.
• - **Technical Governance:** Establish and enforce enterprise architecture guardrails and Authority to Operate (ATO), ensuring all designs comply with NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, Section 508 (Accessibility), and VA-specific security mandates.
• - **Technical Leadership & Engineering Culture**
• - **Client Solution Engagement:** Directly engage with clients on solution development, serving as a lead or key stakeholder for solutioning meetings to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with mission objectives.
• - **Lead the Leaders:** Coach and empower Senior Solution Architects and engineering leads. You are not just a mentor; you are the standard-bearer for engineering discipline and architectural quality.
• - **Cross-Functional Command:** Direct cross-functional engineering teams through the full lifecycle—from capture and design to delivery, ensuring solutions meet the extreme performance and reliability standards required for national entitlement programs.
• - **Engineering Engagement:** While operating at a high level, remain technical enough to assist in engineering solutions when needed, diving deep into code or configuration to resolve critical blockers.
• - **SDLC & Process Execution:** Apply a working knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to oversee and refine development workflows. You will ensure that all phases, from requirements gathering to deployment, align with VA operational standards and best practices.
• **Business Development & Tactical Growth:**
• - **Capture & Growth:** Drive both current work and capture new tactical growth opportunities. Partner with Sales and Capture teams to lead technical volume development for major proposals.
• - **Solution Champion:** Shape the "Win Strategy" by demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and pain points (e.g., backlog reduction, system interoperability).

Principal Solutions Architect – VA ESOM

Security Engineer

• Serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsible for managing all facets of the Personnel Security Program, to include clearance processing, incident reporting, training, and continuous evaluation requirements.
• Provide direct supervision to security team members, including workload oversight, performance management, training, and day-to-day task delegation.
• Own and manage the organization’s security posture; lead audits, assessments, and security reviews to maintain ongoing compliance.
• Develop, implement, and improve security policies, SOPs, and workflows to enhance program efficiency and alignment with regulatory changes.
• Mentor/Advise all Suitability & Clearance POCs across all contracts and at a corporate level.
• Oversee processing and adjudication of personnel security actions in DISS, NISS, NCCS, and other government systems.
• Engage proactively with DCSA, government security officials, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and risk mitigation.
• Partner with security vendors to support the operational needs of 200+ cleared personnel across multiple programs.
• Ensure timely submission of reinvestigations, incident reports, foreign travel reporting, and visit requests.
• Plan, schedule, and review all briefings and debriefings (initial, annual, derivative classification, insider threat, and foreign travel).
• Manage work with the Security partner firm, and work towards full utilization of platform and support team.
• Develop a compliant program for tracking and monitoring all Public Trust Tiers without the use of a security partner platform.
• Manage all reporting for clearances for Kentro, and joint ventures.
• Maintain compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5105.21, contract-specific security requirements, DD254s, and customer directives.
• Lead self-inspections, support government security reviews, and track corrective actions to resolution.
• Coordinate with PMs, HR, Contracting, and senior leadership on security requirements for new awards or proposals.
• Lead new initiatives that improve security operations, strengthen compliance, or enhance employee awareness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation or reporting improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on security risks, trends, and program optimization.
