About the role
- - Gathers and processes data to identify process performance areas.
- - Revises and drafts processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with ITC’s Quality Management System and tailored for customer operational environments.
- - Audits program SharePoint repositories for compliance and completeness, working with PMs and Task Leads to populate missing artifacts and improve the quality of deliverables when possible.
- - Collects and documents business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
- - Creates workflow and process designs to boost organizational effectiveness.
- - Creates and presents process reports for stakeholder approval.
- - Monitors the efficacy of updated workflows.
- - Helps drive process improvement across contracts, calls, and task orders by bringing high-quality examples to a broader audience to increase the quality of all contract deliverables.
- - Creates and maintains the annual Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR)/Performance Assessment Report (PAR) Self-Assessment TEAMS Planner and Calendar. Collaborates with PMs and Task Leads to help create compelling annual performance evidence.
- - Maintains the CPAR Repository by running reports and uploading completed evaluations quarterly.
- - Meets with corporate stakeholders to discuss business priorities and improvement opportunities.
- - Stays up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in business, information technology management, or similar.
- - 0-2 years’ experience as a process analyst.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- **Preferred:**
- - Knowledge of the Microsoft Professional Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- - Knowledge of SharePoint
