Full-stack Engineer

• - Writing basic queries
• - Create or update data conversion programs
• - Run payrolls for comparison/reconciliation testing
• - Create comprehensive test plans
• - Data Analytics and Validation - verify the accuracy of employee data, pay rates, and deductions. Reconcile pay results between systems
• - Regression Testing - ensure that new code or changes do not introduce errors into existing payroll functionality
• - Problem Solving - identify, analyze, and resolve issues or discrepancies in payroll data or processes; categorize variances
• - Conduct peer reviews on other teammates’ configurations and code to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall architecture and design. Document software configurations in prescribed documentation tool(s)
• - Conduct unit testing in line with defined quality engineering processes
• - Conduct software development activities in support of application enhancements and system defects
• - Documentation - maintain thorough documentation of test plans, results, and resolutions
