Operate multiple 5-6 axis end form grinding machines in a temperature-controlled environment
Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools
Troubleshoot moderate to complex problems and adjust grinding programs
Maintain tooling and equipment, resurfacing as needed
Document production information and communicate safety, quality, and product issues across shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding)
Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications, and work instructions
Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 33 pounds
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety procedures
Reliable and dependable, thrives in a collaborative team environment
Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming preferred
Experience with Penta, Haas, Combi or similar platforms preferred
