About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate CNC 4 and 5 axis end form grinders
- Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools
- Troubleshoot moderate to complex problems and adjust grinding programs
- Maintain tooling and equipment, resurfacing as needed
- Document production information accurately and communicate issues across shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding)
- Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 33 pounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety procedures
- Reliability and teamwork
- Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming (preferred)
- Experience with Penta, Haas, Combi or similar platforms (preferred)
