About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for daily set-up, maintenance, operations, and running of an EP 30 Pressing Machine presses that are NC (numerical controlled) with robotics attached to them.
Working in a team environment safely, operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture and packaging of various products.
Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
Executing equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and sustained production.
Modify existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, providing quality control and in-process production testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalency
1-3 years of relevant work experience

Manufacturing Equipment Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing
Manufacturing Operations Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility
Manufacturing Safety Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing safety.
Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer applications; ability to implement and operate them in an automated manufacturing environment.
SPC (Statistical Process Controls) Knowledge of the concepts, methods, tools, and objectives of statistical process controls.
