About the role
- Support customer relationships by maintaining deep product technical knowledge for metal cutting tooling
- Provide technical advice, technical support, and technical expertise to enable & foster expansion in the market
- Liaison with Sales Engineer, Productivity Engineer, and Inside Sales to support the customers technical needs for tooling
- Be an expert in the company’s products and applications across end-markets
- Understand the difference in Kennametal’s products vs. competitor’s offerings
- Perform analysis of complex application needs and develop recommendations
- Conduct tooling and application testing
- Prepare and present progress, status and forecasting reports
Requirements
- 5-8 Years of Relevant Work Experience Required
- Strong knowledge and experience with CNC Machining Processes and Tooling Application
