About the role

  • Provide specialized technical support for machining and manufacturing applications;
  • Analyze production processes and recommend optimal cutting-tool solutions;
  • Perform tests, demonstrations, and technical validations at plants and customer sites;
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during customer visits and strategic projects;
  • Train customers and internal teams on products, applications, and best practices;
  • Document results, process improvements, and customer gains;
  • Stay current on new technologies, products, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in Mechanical, Machining, Mechanical Engineering, Production/Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as an Applications Analyst, Applications Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar technical role;
  • Knowledge of machining, CNC, cutting tools, and materials;
  • Intermediate English is a plus;
  • Availability to travel within the region.
