About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams, fostering technical growth and people development.
- Establish rituals, processes, and a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Serve as a reference for leadership and stakeholders, connecting business needs to the team's deliverables.
- Define and evolve Kenlo's data strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure data is used in a structured way to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Identify opportunities to use data to improve efficiency, generate revenue, and enhance customer experience.
- Lead the design and evolution of the data architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Define best practices for data engineering, governance, quality, and information security.
- Ensure efficient integration across the company's various data sources and systems.
- Structure and advance the Analytics function, promoting the generation of actionable insights.
- Drive Data Science and Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to the business.
- Ensure that models, analyses, and metrics are connected to real business impact.
- Define and track success metrics for the data teams.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality deliveries aligned with business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience leading data teams (Analytics, Data Engineering, and/or Data Science).
- Experience defining and executing data strategies in complex environments.
- Strong ability to connect technology, data, and business.
- Experience with data architecture, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or similar).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic decisions.
- Experience in people management, talent development, and team building.
- Advanced English.
