About the role

  • Support the updating and creation of content for the blog, workflows and rich materials, leveraging AI tools and guidance from the team.
  • Collaborate on producing and scheduling social media posts, following the publishing calendar.
  • Assist in crafting copy and materials for different formats and communication channels.
  • Support the creation and sending of emails and internal communications, contributing to internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives.
  • Support campaign and event production, assisting with quotes, organizing materials and promotional kits.
  • Track briefings and requests with design and communications teams, helping to organize requests and deadlines.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign results, helping to collect and organize data.
  • Contribute behind the scenes to recordings and broadcasts, supporting scripts, materials and coordination.
  • Explore AI tools to optimize creative tasks, such as idea generation, copywriting and short-form video production for social media.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields.
  • Availability for a hybrid internship, with on-site presence three times per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Genuine interest in digital marketing, content production and new technologies, especially artificial intelligence.
  • Basic knowledge of social media, content strategies and the marketing funnel.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for adapting messages to different formats and audiences.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines and deliverables.
  • Curious, eager to learn and open to testing new ideas and tools.
