About the role
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting with a structured, strategic approach, identifying companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and mapping decision-makers.
- Develop multichannel cadences (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms), ensuring consistency and efficiency in opportunity generation.
- Perform cold calls with a consultative approach and strong command of the pitch, leading qualified conversations focused on diagnosing the situation.
- Conduct structured interviews with leads to investigate context, challenges, market timing, and potential fit for Kenlo’s solutions.
- Identify real business opportunities, evaluating qualification criteria (profile, pain point, timing, and investment potential).
- Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales, improving the quality of scheduled meetings.
- Manage the pre-sales pipeline with a high level of organization, ensuring rigorous CRM updates.
- Analyze performance metrics (connection rates, conversion, qualified meetings, productivity).
- Propose improvements to messaging, approach, ICP, and processes based on data and field learnings.
- Actively contribute to meeting individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in inside sales.
- Strong background in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Clear, persuasive, and strategic communication skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret metrics and improve performance.
- Resilience and discipline to work with targets and high activity volume.
- Experience with CRM tools and cadence workflows.
- Availability for a hybrid work model, with in-office presence three times a week in Campinas.
