About the role

  • Design, test and evolve prompts and interaction flows for generative AI models (LLMs), ensuring quality, consistency and predictability of results.
  • Create and maintain libraries of prompts, templates and best practices for different use cases, such as automation, customer support, data analysis and decision support.
  • Test new models, techniques and approaches, contributing to the continuous improvement of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data teams to integrate AI solutions into Kenlo's products.
  • Translate business problems into practical AI-based solutions, considering context, impact and technical feasibility.
  • Support the construction of flows and experiences that use AI efficiently and aligned with product objectives.
  • Evaluate performance, cost, quality and risks of generative AI–based solutions.
  • Support the definition of AI usage strategies, taking into account security, privacy and scalability.
  • Contribute to practices for versioning, testing and monitoring AI results.
  • Document learnings, decisions and best practices related to the use of generative AI.
  • Share knowledge with teams, strengthening a culture of responsible, efficient and data-driven AI use.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI-based solutions.
  • Experience with model APIs and integration with existing systems.
  • Knowledge of versioning, testing and monitoring for AI solutions.
  • Good communication skills to explain technical decisions clearly, concisely and accessibly.
  • Collaborative mindset with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience with SaaS products or digital platforms (advantage).
  • Experience with process automation, AI agents or intelligent workflows (advantage).
  • Knowledge of Python or JavaScript for integration and experimentation (advantage).
  • Experience evaluating prompts (advantage).
