About the role
- Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Manage salary variables, bonuses, and overtime records
- Monitor payroll accuracy and support payroll validations
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Manage vacation balances, absences, and employee records
- Support the administration of health insurance and work accident insurance
- Manage employee benefits, including meal allowance and flexible benefits platforms
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
- Manage and support benefits platforms
- Contribute to the optimization of time tracking and HR operational processes
- Support the management of internship programs and IEFP processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal deadlines, and administrative procedures
- Monitor and report HR KPIs and operational metrics
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or similar
- 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processes
- Experience with internship programs and IEFP processes is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR is a plus)
- Experience with benefits platforms is highly valued
- Experience supporting HR system implementations or process improvements is a strong plus
- Portuguese and English fluency mandatory
- Dynamic and proactive, with a hands-on approach
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and organization in day-to-day tasks
- Strong team player, with a collaborative mindset
