About the role

  • Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage salary variables, bonuses, and overtime records
  • Monitor payroll accuracy and support payroll validations
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
  • Manage vacation balances, absences, and employee records
  • Support the administration of health insurance and work accident insurance
  • Manage employee benefits, including meal allowance and flexible benefits platforms
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
  • Manage and support benefits platforms
  • Contribute to the optimization of time tracking and HR operational processes
  • Support the management of internship programs and IEFP processes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal deadlines, and administrative procedures
  • Monitor and report HR KPIs and operational metrics
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or similar
  • 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processes
  • Experience with internship programs and IEFP processes is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR is a plus)
  • Experience with benefits platforms is highly valued
  • Experience supporting HR system implementations or process improvements is a strong plus
  • Portuguese and English fluency mandatory
  • Dynamic and proactive, with a hands-on approach
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and organization in day-to-day tasks
  • Strong team player, with a collaborative mindset
