About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect the strategy, own the software, and bridge the gap between global innovation and North American impact
- Perform deep-dive "white-space" analysis to identify high-ROI verticals
- Prioritize accounts based on long-term Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure positioning for funding cycles
- Own the software revenue quota
- Translate technical capabilities into financial value for stakeholders
- Manage a high-visibility pipeline in Salesforce to accelerate deal cycles
- Synthesize North American market needs into technical business cases
- Quantify the "Cost of Inaction" to help prioritize high-ROI features
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ Years Experience in software business development
- Proven track record of building a software business or territory
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software sales
- Industry Fluency in Renewable Energy, Fleet Management, or Grid Infrastructure
- Deep understanding of software as essential intelligence
- Ability to discuss technical capabilities with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in building rapport with international teams
- Understanding of SaaS financial model (MRR, LTV, CAC)
