About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive profitable growth.
- Manage a regional team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key strategic partners.
- Monitor sales results, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to regional budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent agents and other distribution partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years insurance sales experience and 5+ years leading people.
- Advanced Industry experience.
- Advanced ability to Advise Agents.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Advanced relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced ability to demonstrate resilience.
- Excellent financial acumen and the ability to analyze sales trends, sales metrics, and sales data.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
