About the role
- Meet customers and introduce Kemira products.
- Secure trial orders and establish Kemira products at customer sites.
- Convert trial orders into regular orders.
- Manage manpower at customer sites and effectively optimize chemical dosages.
- Send regular monthly performance reports to customers and the Kemira team.
- Perform sales analysis, comparisons, and market share data analysis.
- Provide IBP forecast.
- Grow Kemira business in the western region.
- Maintain good customer relations and achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- > 10 years proven Sales & Marketing experience within the Pulp & Paper Industry with a key focus on the Indian market.
- Proven Sales and Commercial experience.
- Team leadership experience (advantage).
- Good communication skills.
- Good team cooperation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Good Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Positive attitude to building a business.
- Based in West India (role will be based in West India).
