About the role
- Managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing
- Contacting customers via different communication channels
- Booking shipments (included export & relevant documentation)
- Ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with
- Handling complaints and resolving issues
- Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets.
Requirements
- fluent level of English language
- export shipments and documentation experience is an asset
- additional language (Finnish) would be an asset
- SAP knowledge
- at least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service
- good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- maintaining good team spirit & cooperation
