About the role

  • Manage national and international digital and IT projects end-to-end, covering scope, timeline, quality, and budget
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in close alignment with stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional, virtual, and international project teams
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure successful implementation and smooth transition of solutions into operations
  • Act as Product Owner for digital solutions, defining product vision and supporting roadmap development
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, including user stories and prioritization
  • Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and development teams
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and formally accept delivered solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital products, processes, and ways of working

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration (B.A.), or a comparable field
  • At least three years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT-related projects
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid environments (e.g. Scrum or comparable frameworks)
  • Experience as a Product Owner or in agile product development environments (desirable)
  • Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent preferred)
  • Product Owner certification (e.g. CSPO) is an advantage
  • Experience working in an international, matrix-based organization (desirable)
  • Understanding of sales processes and product configuration (desired)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) or equivalent
  • Experience with collaboration and agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Confident use of project management tools
  • Strong communication skills, high level of integrity, and personal responsibility
  • Ownership mindset with strong decision-making capability
  • Ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across functions
  • High level of resilience and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel
