About the role
- Develop and execute drawing and modeling plans for components used in heat exchangers
- Perform mechanical testing under simulated operating conditions
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and R&D teams to select and validate solutions
- Support production teams in the implementation of new developments, materials, and technologies
- Evaluate and improve testing methods, tools, and equipment
- Analyze and optimize production processes for quality and material efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Experience in engineering design, preferably in the heat exchanger, HVAC, energy, or chemical industry
- Familiarity with CAD software: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault, SolidWorks, or similar
- Familiarity with the heat exchanger industry or thermal management systems is a strong advantage
- Experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards for heat exchangers
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of German is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively across departments
