About the role

  • Comprehensive support for approximately 20 production sites worldwide in all aspects of building, infrastructure, and utility engineering
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and fire protection in accordance with FM Global, ISO standards, and local regulations
  • Technical review and support for investment, conversion, and renovation projects
  • Conducting building and equipment audits as well as lifecycle and condition assessments
  • Supporting sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities
  • Analyzing and optimizing infrastructure and service costs (e.g., energy, space, services)
  • Regular international travel to support and assist worldwide sites

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Building Services/Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in building services or facility engineering
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, and technical infrastructure
  • Experience with CAD/BIM (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage
  • Very good English skills; accustomed to international collaboration
  • Structured, analytical, and independent working style
