About the role
- Comprehensive support for approximately 20 production sites worldwide in all aspects of building, infrastructure, and utility engineering
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and fire protection in accordance with FM Global, ISO standards, and local regulations
- Technical review and support for investment, conversion, and renovation projects
- Conducting building and equipment audits as well as lifecycle and condition assessments
- Supporting sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities
- Analyzing and optimizing infrastructure and service costs (e.g., energy, space, services)
- Regular international travel to support and assist worldwide sites
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Building Services/Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in building services or facility engineering
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, and technical infrastructure
- Experience with CAD/BIM (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage
- Very good English skills; accustomed to international collaboration
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style
