About the role

Overall HR leadership for both production sites, totaling nearly 300 employees, including oversight of two HR Service Partners
Point of contact for local management and leaders on all HR-related matters
Handling of individual personnel actions
Negotiation and discussion partner for local employee representatives (works councils)
Implementation of (corporate) projects for the respective site

Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or law with a focus on HR
Alternatively, a relevant vocational qualification with extensive professional experience
Experience in HR within a manufacturing company (ideally the metal industry) in a leadership role or as a Senior HR Business Partner
Experience in budget planning and KPI reporting
Some initial leadership/management experience is desirable
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP & SuccessFactors
Willingness to be on-site at the other location for several days twice a month
