With offices in Taunton, Massachusetts, Newport News, Virginia, Houston, Texas, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, we are seeking a motivated Project Manager (PM) to join our growing team.\n
In this role, the PM will work closely with clients and partner on PSM and ammonia compliance related projects.\n

HCG Associates PMs are responsible for assisting clients in managing their regulatory programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal occupational and environmental safety regulations.\n
This position will be required to travel throughout the New England region approximately 25%
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering (Safety Engineering Preferred), Occupational Health and Safety, or related disciplines\n
Certification as Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Associate Safety Professional (ASP)/ Certified Safety Professional (CSP), International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR)/Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA) Certification, and/or similar registration\n
Five years ammonia safety compliance understanding related to OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) Standard (29 CFR 1910.119) and the EPA's RMProgram Rule under Section 112(r) of the 1990 Clean Air Act\n
Ammonia system operator\n
Highly motivated with ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments and meeting strict deadlines\n
Ability to work remotely and independently\n
Proactive, independent, technically competent, assertive, well-spoken, and proven ability to successfully perform in high-pressure environment\n
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\n
