Key responsibilities & impact

Set the strategic direction for a technology publishing portfolio covering areas such as AI, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, data, software, innovation, and emerging markets.
Lead cross-functional teams across editorial, audience, product, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
Own revenue growth across subscriptions, sponsorships, events, research products, partnerships, and digital offerings.
Identify new market opportunities, content formats, and product extensions.
Manage budgets, performance metrics, planning cycles, and leadership reporting.
Build strong relationships with industry experts, commercial partners, contributors, and senior stakeholders.
Strengthen the publication’s credibility, audience reach, and commercial performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Executive leadership experience in technology publishing, digital media, B2B media, research publishing, or specialist information services.
Proven track record of growing revenue, audience, and brand visibility.
Strong understanding of subscriptions, sponsorships, events, content products, and digital audience models.
Excellent commercial judgment and operational discipline.
Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence across editorial and commercial functions.
