Account Manager – AI
Keller Executive Search InternationalAccount Manager responsible for a portfolio of Flemish-speaking dealership accounts in an AI technology company. Focused on customer success, revenue expansion, and deployment implementation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own retention with a zero-churn mindset: serve as the trusted point of contact for assigned dealership accounts
- Anticipate customer issues, run tight follow-ups, and ensure customers genuinely value and love the solution
- Drive successful pilot deployments and convert them into long-term contracts
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure measurable performance outcomes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell signals early within existing accounts
- Lead expansion conversations and close rollouts of additional dealership sites and new use cases
- Serve as a key growth lever for the company through aggressive yet value-driven expansion
- Run end-to-end rollouts: kick-off, configuration, training, go-live
- Make launches fast, smooth, and repeatable
- Coordinate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to support deployments
- Understand the ins and outs of the product to effectively communicate value to clients
- Translate client feedback into clear requirements for the Product and Engineering teams
- Work seamlessly with technical teams who will handle configurations, workflows, and prompts
- Manage client expectations around product capabilities and customisation possibilities
- Act as the bridge between client needs and internal technical resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Fluent Flemish speaker** with excellent written and verbal communication skills (primary requirement)
- Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groups
- Professional working proficiency in English for internal team communication
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as: Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, Operations consulting or change management, Project/program management with client-facing responsibilities
- Strong project management skills: Top-down thinking, crisp planning, tight timelines, cross-team coordination
- KPI-oriented and data-driven: Comfortable tracking metrics, analysing performance, and making data-informed decisions
- Calm, resourceful problem-solver: Ability to troubleshoot autonomously and escalate strategically
- Comfortable understanding product details: Willingness to learn how the AI solution works to effectively communicate value and manage client expectations
- Availability to start immediately or within short notice period
- Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across Belgium
- **Vloeiend Nederlandstalige spreker** met uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden (primaire vereiste)
- Professioneel werkniveau Frans om tweetalige dealergroepen te ondersteunen
- Professioneel werkniveau Engels voor interne teamcommunicatie
- 1–3+ jaar professionele ervaring in klantgerichte rollen zoals: Customer Success of Account Management in B2B SaaS, Operationeel advies of change management, Project-/programmamanagement met klantgerichte verantwoordelijkheden
- Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden: Top-down denken, heldere planning, strakke tijdlijnen, cross-team coördinatie

- Bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen naar dealerklanten in heel België
