Creative Director – Digital Health

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate closely with the VP of Growth, who leads strategy, targeting, offers, and testing priorities.
- Lead landing page design and UX execution from concept through completion.
- Maintain consistency across brand voice, visual identity, and trust-building signals.
- Develop and oversee a scalable pipeline of creative assets.
- Manage paid advertising creative production across Meta, Google Display, and video formats.
- Create messaging for all performance channels, including headlines, hooks, and CTAs.
- Produce a high volume of creative testing variations each week and iterate quickly using performance data.
- Align creative messaging across media channels so each campaign or push connects clearly to the broader business narrative.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong ability to prioritize speed and output while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven background in performance creative, with hands-on experience producing paid ad creative for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, landing pages, and conversion-focused content.
- Strong messaging instincts, with the ability to turn business goals into creative that converts.
- Experience with DTC, eCommerce, or subscription-based brands.
- Solid understanding of conversion psychology, including hooks, scroll-stopping content, click-through optimization, and offer positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to create multiple creative variations each week and rapidly refine them based on performance insights.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating creative across multiple media channels within one cohesive campaign narrative.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing, including compliance considerations and sensitivity around health-related topics.
- Background working within or alongside a paid growth function.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Base Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Candidates from directly relevant DTC or performance creative backgrounds can expect to be considered at the higher end of the range.

- Fully remote. No physical location required. Open to candidates across the US. Central or Eastern time zone working hours preferred.
