About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **Responsibilities**
  • - Provide executive-level administrative support to senior partners and consultants
  • - Manage confidential client information and executive candidate data with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • - Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and assessment sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and professional presentation
  • - Prepare and format comprehensive reports, presentations, and client deliverables to executive search standards
  • - Maintain and update candidate databases and client relationship management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • - Handle sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of senior staff members
  • - Manage office operations including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and administrative systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • - Minimum 5–7 years of senior-level administrative experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or executive search
  • - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems
  • - Experience with CRM systems and candidate tracking platforms strongly preferred
  • - Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
