Senior Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **Responsibilities**
- - Provide executive-level administrative support to senior partners and consultants
- - Manage confidential client information and executive candidate data with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- - Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and assessment sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and professional presentation
- - Prepare and format comprehensive reports, presentations, and client deliverables to executive search standards
- - Maintain and update candidate databases and client relationship management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- - Handle sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of senior staff members
- - Manage office operations including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and administrative systems
- - Support new client onboarding processes and maintain organized filing systems for active searches
- - Assist with research and market intelligence gathering to support executive search projects**
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- - Minimum 5–7 years of senior-level administrative experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or executive search
- - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems
- - Experience with CRM systems and candidate tracking platforms strongly preferred
- - Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities
- - High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interactions
- - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating needs
- - Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required for client needs
- - Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with C-level executives and board member
