Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a proven ability to drive innovative sourcing strategies and manage high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics software.
Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
