Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong background in full software development lifecycle management in regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, or similar sectors
Experience managing teams of software engineers and coordinating cross-functional projects
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI and embedded systems (e.g., Python, C++, Java)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on mission-critical products
Preferred
Experience working within defense or government contracting environments
Knowledge of AI, computer vision, or autonomous systems development
Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Understanding of compliance requirements such as ITAR and cybersecurity standards
Experience with distributed or international engineering teams
