Develop and implement staffing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Lead a high-performing staffing team, providing coaching and professional development
Manage end-to-end staffing processes, from candidate sourcing to placement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to forecast staffing needs
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
Monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve staffing operations
Oversee compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies
Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to staffing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in staffing or recruitment
Proven leadership experience managing teams
Strong knowledge of staffing best practices and labor regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience within professional services or recruitment industry is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
