Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of server, storage, network, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
Experience managing infrastructure teams and leading technical projects.
Familiarity with virtualization, containerization, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks preferred.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
Ability to develop and implement infrastructure policies, security standards, and disaster recovery plans.
