💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives and merchandisers across Florida, holding the team accountable to performance standards while actively supporting their growth
  • Manage existing relationships with major national retail accounts including big-box retailers, pharmacy chains, and travel retail operators
  • Identify, prospect, and open new independent retail accounts to grow the territory
  • Spend meaningful time in the field checking in on displays, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and stepping in to cover field duties when needed
  • Monitor SKU and product performance across the territory and proactively recommend assortment changes to maximize sell-through
  • Manage orders through the internal system and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Travel throughout Florida regularly, with approximately one visit per year to the Canadian head office

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales management within wholesale distribution, consumer goods, FMCG, or a similar product-based industry
  • Demonstrated track record of leading field sales teams of ten or more people
  • Experience managing relationships with large national retail accounts such as big-box, pharmacy, convenience, or travel retail operators
  • Genuine entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a territory like a business, not just a headcount
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, field-based role and willing to be in stores alongside the team when needed
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the state of Florida
