General

• Represent Keller Associates, building relationships with new and existing clients, and sub-consultants
• In coordination with the Principal Engineer, develop marketing strategies for the aviation/airport market
• Maintain, update and execute strategic plan
• Lead aviation work by marketing aviation projects and then organizing team(s) to manage and deliver those projects
• Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project
• Collaborate with staff supervisors and other Project Managers for workload assignments
• Be responsible for the overall profitability of aviation projects, ensuring that jobs are conducted within project scope
• Develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity
• Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing advanced design concepts, techniques, and standards
• Document and report project progress to Principal Engineer
• Manage training, development, and mentoring of team members
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor and guide Team Members’ project tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Aviation Team Lead

• Perform survey research, boundary analysis, and document review (deeds, title reports, public records)
• Prepare and review: Records of Survey ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys Plats, lot line adjustments, and legal descriptions
• Conduct quality control (QA/QC) on survey deliverables
• Support drafting and final mapping using AutoCAD Civil 3D (MicroStation experience a plus)
• Assist with project tracking, budgeting, and invoicing
• Collaborate with field crews and office staff across multiple offices
• Perform occasional field work using Trimble survey equipment
• Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to QA/QC standards
• All other duties as assigned

Professional Land Surveyor

Project Manager

• Using local or AASHTO standards, oversee horizontal and vertical alignment, roadway sections, intersection layout and sight distance determination, interchange layout, utility plans, traffic control plans, signing and striping, roadway drainage including hydraulic reports, and right-of-way plans
• Conduct planning studies, modeling, and hydraulic calculations
• Develop plans and specifications
• Prepare Preliminary Engineering Reports
• Provide support for project bidding and construction administration
• Mentor junior-level staff
• Actively participate in business development, lead generation, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and other marketing documents
• Perform other duties as assigned
