Systems Engineer

• Support the Cadency system for both Latin America and North America, ensuring data integrity, user readiness, and smooth financial close processes.
• Manage user access, role changes, and account assignments in Cadency while supporting inquiries.
• Maintain account master data, validate attributes against global standards, and ensure full data governance alignment.
• Generate compliance and performance reports, prepare data extracts, and support monitoring activities.
• Perform monthly validations between SAP and Cadency, investigate discrepancies, and maintain audit ‑ ready documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities, assist with system enhancements, and troubleshoot issues in partnership with global administrators.

• Leverage the supply planning capabilities by using advanced supply planning reports and tools
• Collaborate closely with Supply planners, SCIC in markets, scheduling teams, demand planners, order management
• Provide expertise and insights for best planning process set-up
• Supervise the PIPO process and its effects: minimizes scrapping costs and out of stock situations
• Ensure timely execution of initiatives from a supply planning perspective.
