About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end fleet administration across Latin America, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance, fuel, and disposal, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to secure optimal service levels and cost-effective solutions.
Analyze fleet and event data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
Plan and deliver regional and local corporate events, managing budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
Lead and develop a regional team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align services with business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven experience managing fleet operations, including vendors, contracts, and cost optimization.
Hands-on experience with budget management and financial control in operational or service environments.
Experience planning and executing corporate or large-scale internal events.
Strong data analysis capability to drive insights, reporting, and operational decisions.
Experience leading teams across multiple locations or with remote direct reports.
