About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B segments.
- Work together with our CEO to shape and elevate the keleya brand, helping us become the market leader in female health across the DACH region.
- Collaborate closely with our content team and external freelancers to create and curate content across all marketing channels.
- Manage and continuously optimize our website to improve SEO performance, user experience, and conversion.
- Oversee and steer all paid advertising channels, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand and business growth.
- Take full ownership of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI across all campaigns and channels.
- Implement and enhance marketing processes, tools, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building or rebranding consumer-focused brands, ideally in (female-)health, wellness, or B2C.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation — you can turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability in project management and excellent stakeholder communication across teams and levels.
- Skilled in content creation for digital and social platforms.
- Confident in budget management: comfortable working with numbers and finding creative ways to maximize ROI.
- Deep understanding of brand development and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Strong visual design sensibility to support content and creative direction.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
