About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with our channel partner´s consultants and SE and build a longterm relationship.
  • Contribute to building scalable onboarding and enablement programs that take partners from activation to long-term self-sufficiency.
  • Create and facilitate technical training, workshops, webinars, demo support, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Enable MSP partners to operationalize Keepit within repeatable managed service offerings.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to distributors and distribution-based technical resources.
  • Work closely with DACH & SE leadership, Regional Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Support, and Channel teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  • 6+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, partner engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • 3+ years supporting channel partners (MSPs, GSIs, distributors, resellers, or strategic alliances).
  • Proven ability to lead technical discovery, solution positioning, demos, and architecture discussions with both business and technical audiences.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders from technical practitioners to partner leadership.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% as required.
