About the role
- Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials and guidance to support the adoption of Keeper products
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and (where applicable) webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction
- Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements when identified
- Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to support engagement and learning retention
- Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback through undefined processes
- Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and address common questions
- Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions to support continuity
- Follow established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, both verbally and in writing
- Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions, course access, and directing users to appropriate training resources
- Assist with updating training modules and materials in accordance with established approval and review processes
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
- English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
- Ability and willingness to consistently maintain working hours
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
